Customer terms

DRAFT in plain language. This is not legal advice. Have it reviewed before launch. Last updated October 27, 2026.

1. Who we are

Pest Alerts is operated by Jayden Custureri, sole proprietor. Your agreement is with Jayden Custureri. Contact: [email protected]. Mailing address: Jayden Custureri, 57 Winners Cir, Brampton, ON L7A 1W1, Canada.

2. What you get

A daily email listing food businesses in the city you subscribe to that the City cited for a pest infraction in its latest published inspections. At launch the open city is Toronto. Each lead shows name, address, inspection date, infraction text, severity, inspection result, and a link to the City's public record for that place (when the City publishes one).

3. Price and billing

4. Cancel anytime

Reply "cancel" to any email from us, write to [email protected], or use the unsubscribe link in any email. If you have paid, your plan ends at the end of the month you have already paid for.

5. The data is "as is"

The leads come from public inspection records published by the City of Toronto. Cities make mistakes and records change. We do not promise that any lead is complete, correct or current, or that it will turn into work. Check the City record before you rely on it. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

6. Data sources and licences

Contains information licensed under the Open Government Licence – Toronto. The City of Toronto does not run, sponsor, approve or endorse Pest Alerts. We use no City logos or marks. We do not use the City's program trademark as our product name.

7. Contacting food businesses

You decide whether and how to contact anyone on a lead. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, such as Canada's anti-spam law (CASL).

8. Changes

We may change these terms. We will note the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
